Booking & payment terms

Please read the following carefully before booking!

To make a reservation select the arrival and departure date on our reservation interface then the system will guide you all the way through until the reservation is finalized. In order to get the correct price and conditions please enter all guests: choose number of adults first then choose number of children then specify their age one by one (from <1 years to 17 years) when booking. The accommodation can be used by the number of people specified at the time of booking.

Payment of at least 50% of the accommodation fee (advance payment) is required to finalize the reservation. You can pay the deposit or even the entire accommodation fee by bank card during the reservation or by transfer to our bank account within 2 days after the reservation. The remaining 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation fee must be paid for the reservation to be valid

We issue an invoice for the accommodation fee to the name and address requested by you. From the point of view of VAT, our service is subject to tax-free (AAM).

The booking fee does not include the local tourist tax (IFA). The tourist tax is payable on the spot, in cash. The amount is 500 FT (or 1.5 Euro) / person / night for people over 18 years of age, no payment is required for people under 18 years of age. We can only accept cash on site (HUF or EUR). We issue a receipt for the tourist tax.

When making a reservation, the following data of the booking guest must be provided:

Phone
Email

In the absence of real and available contact information, the reservation is not valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours on the 14th day before arrival. The amount paid at the time of booking will be returned to the guest's bank account.
  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price (deposit) if the reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival. If you paid more than 50%, we will return the rest.
  • If the guest does not show up the full price will be charged.

MODIFICATION OF BOOKING

  • The guest can change the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, if the reservation calendar allows it.
  • If you have any questions, please contact us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

  • Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00
  • Check-out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
  • If required, it is possible to arrive after 22:00 for a separate fee which is 25 Euro. Early arrival (if possible) is free of charge.

AGE LIMIT

  • There is no age limit.

GATE CLOSED

  • There is no closed gate period.

PLEASE FOLLOW OUR POLICY:

  • No smoking. 
  • Pets cannot be accommodated. 
  • It is forbidden to hold parties and events.

Parking

Our apartments are located in the very heart of the city in a pedestrians only area.

Public parking places are available in close proximity to the apartment.

Pay periods: Weekdays from 8 to 18, Saturday from 8 to 14. Free on Sundays.

You have to be careful on Kálvin tér (Kálvin square), because there are forbidden places such as municipal parking lots.

Tickets can be bought at the machines (only valid in that zone) with cash or bank card. If you park for several hours, the daily ticket is worth more (2.160 HUF)

On the page, select language then select "Daily parking permit purchase for customers without registration". Enter license plate number and date, then select "Napi parkoló jegy - Kiemelt zóna" ("Daily parking ticket - Priority zone".) This will apply to all surface parking spaces.

Then, similarly, select and add the other desired days to the basket. In case of an error, you can delete it from the basket by scrolling to the right. You can pay for the contents of the basket by card. There will also be a somewhat lengthy registration process during payment.

Public transport

An electronic ticket is more convenient. You can buy a mobile ticket or a 1-hour mobile ticket in the "Mobile ticket" application of the National Mobile Payments Zrt.
